There are many differences between eggs, besides the way you cook them. Most of us breakfast lovers know that eggs actually come in a wide-variety based upon how the chickens were raised. However, did you know that it’s actually not necessary to read the carton label to be able to determine which egg came from which kind of chicken? Believe it or not, all you have to do is give them a crack!
In the video, we meet a YouTuber who is ready to show us the difference between farm eggs and ones bought at the store. When she cracks the egg produced by a free-range chicken on a farm, the egg yolk is a bright orange color. Then, when she cracks the store bought egg, which was produced by a corn-fed caged chicken, the yolk is considerably paler. She even adds an egg to the pan which she got from an Amish store. It too was lightly colored, and looked drastically different than the one from the farm.
The woman then goes on to give her advice on the importance of eating natural foods. Instead of using bread, her and her husband eat potatoes. Instead of margarine, they use real butter. And of course, she also gets her nutritious eggs from healthy and happy chickens raised on a farm.
